  Dear Tamer

   

  Investor K.B.B ( 200k 2% )   has agreed to re-invest the 200K again with adding another 400K  , as per the below terms and conditions :

  1. Pay him the  balance  of his current profit , so you need to confirm his balance and advise me to pay him this week  , ACTION : TAMER

  2. The additional 400k already paid by him and will be credited in our account AGEC099 this week

  3. So his new investment value will be 600 K , and his name  KBB (600K) in our accountant

  4. Start date 1 September 2020 for 3 years

  5. His profit will be 6% from each PO  from our business (Engineering , Consulting , Trading , etc.….. ) ,So we  need to credit him in our accounting system accordingly starting 1/9/2020 after each PO / Invoice

  6. We agreed to be pay him 10,000 SR  monthly basis and after  completing the 3 years we can adjust his balance / Profit based on point 5 above

   

  Please  prepare the accountant system for the above and let me know if you I have to do any thing from my side .
